Horizon in now actively seeking for an Associate Counsel to join their legal team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate is either a qualified solicitor in England and Wales (0-2 PQE) or a junior Lawyer qualified in a common-law jurisdiction. For the right candidate, Horizon will also consider applications from a senior contracts manager or senior paralegal with at least 5 years’ of corporate experience in an in-house legal team with a particular focus in licensing (as an Assistant Counsel).
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a wide range of contracts including licensing and service agreements, LULLs, NDA’s and other such transactional documents.
